I have had many conversation...Grant: Great topic. I have had many conversations with people who tell me all of the "misnomers" about beer. Lagers are always light in color, ales are always higher in alcohol, the more hops you add, the more alcoholic the beer, bocks are made with ingredients "from the bottom of the barrel"...
